• Supervise children and guests during events.
• Customers are responsible for any damage caused to rented equipment beyond normal wear and tear.

5. Balloon Products

Latex and foil balloons are decorative products and naturally change over time due to temperature, humidity, sunlight, and handling. We cannot guarantee float times or appearance after delivery or installation because environmental conditions are outside our control.

6. Venue Rentals

If renting our venue, additional venue policies, rental agreements, and safety rules apply. Customers are responsible for complying with all venue requirements, including occupancy limits, cleanup obligations, and any applicable alcohol or insurance requirements.
