Booking fee is non-refundable. This fee includes covering processing cost, administration management,  coordination services with customers, cleaning services and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day so you can enjoy your special day stress-free.

Security deposit is collected at the time of booking. This deposit is held separately and is not applied toward the cost of event. Deposit is intended to cover any damages excessive cleaning beyond the normal wear and tear, or breaches of rental term.

Yes. Requiring liquor liability is a common, professional practice in the event industry that shows a venue prioritizes safety: to protect host from liability if intoxicated guest injures themselves both during  and after event. Protects venue, host and another person's property.

Please note that reservation payments serves as an agreement to use the facility. Cancellation breaks the agreement as a result the deposit is forfeited.  Customers have the option to reschedule event for a future date. If you miss a payment deadline, your contract will specify the consequence such as late fee or loss of service.

A "no smoking policy"  means that smoking cigarettes, cigar or any other tobacco product is strictly prohibited within the entire building. Violating policy can or will result in security deposit loss.

Yes, you can bring your own food. You can get it from your favorite restaurant or hire caterer of your choosing. Cooking is not allowed inside. Food trucks or taco stand are allowed with venue guidelines. 

Balloons on la Terraza specialize in a wide range of services, including  balloon services for weddings, corporate events, birthday parties and social gatherings. 

In addition, Balloons on la Terraza provides a venue service, event planning and balloon decor for clients using the facility. Scheduled appointments are highly recommended for time management,  viewing venue and answering customer questions. Yes, you to can decorate. Yes, bounce houses are permitted with supervison.
