Booking fee is non-refundable. This fee includes administration management,  coordination services with customers, cleaning services and security to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day so you can enjoy your special day stress-free.

Yes, you can bring your own food. You can get it from your favorite restaurant or hire caterer of your choosing. Cooking is not allowed inside. Food trucks or taco stand are allowed with venue guidelines. 

A "no smoking policy"  means that smoking cigarettes, cigar or any other tobacco product is strictly prohibited within the entire building. Violating policy can or will result in security deposit loss.

Yes, we work with a variety of vendors, including DJs, live bands, and performers. We provide referrals. to help you select the perfect entertainment for your event and coordinate all logistics.

Please note that reservation payments serves as an agreement to use the facility. Cancellation breaks the agreement as a result the deposit is forfeited.  Customers have the option to reschedule event for a future date.
