Reservation

Guest must complete the reservation booking process to secure their desired dates. (Step1)

Booking fee is a charge that covers the cost of processing and administering your reservation.

Remember Booking Fee is not refundable, but received with Security deposit.

Security Deposit and Booking Fee are collected together. (Step1)

Security Deposit becomes a part of legal contract and covers the costs of potential damage to event space.

Most deposits are refundable in full after event, some conditions may apply if beyond normal wear and tear.

Client cancellation is considered damage to venue for breach in rental terms.

Clients are required to pay in full two weeks in advance before event respecting vendor preparations.

Non-payment on due date may result in vendor cancellation.

If vendor does not obtain another assignment; moreover, deposit is non-refundable.

Reservations & payments can be made on-line. Again, payment in full must be received 2 weeks prior to event date.

Late payments are subject to 20% service charge or event cancellation.

All deposit are returned 30-60 days after event date.
