Book Venue

Guests must complete the event venue booking process to secure their desired dates for the party venue. (Step 1) 

The booking fee is a charge that covers the cost of processing and administering your reservation for the Sparks NV venue. 

Remember, the booking fee is non-refundable, but it is received along with the security deposit. 

Both the security deposit and booking fee are collected together as part of the event venue booking process. (Step 1) 

The security deposit becomes part of the legal contract and covers the costs of potential damage to the event space. 

Most deposits are refundable in full after the event; however, some conditions may apply if damage exceeds normal wear and tear. 

Client cancellation is considered damage to the venue for breaching the rental terms. 

Clients are required to pay in full two weeks in advance before the event to respect vendor preparations. 

Non-payment on the due date may result in vendor cancellation. 

If the vendor does not obtain another assignment, the deposit is non-refundable. 

Reservations and payments can be made online. Again, payment in full must be received two weeks prior to the event date. 

Late payments are subject to a 20% service charge or event cancellation. 

All deposits are returned 30-90 days after the event date.
